VIDEO: World’s Largest Game Of Pong – Playing Pong On Harpa’s Façade

Harpa, the multifunctional music hall and conference center has finally proved itself to be money well spent. Harpa has hosted everything from funeral wakes and international dentist conventions to operas and electronic music festivals, and now, it’s façade has been programmed to display the world’s largest game of Pong.

In this super short video, Atli Bollason, one of the creators of the project tells us a little bit about it and you’ll get to get a glimpse of how it is to witness it in person. That is the power of multimedia nowadays! Check out how Atli and programmer Owen Hindley turned these 1000 two by two meter ‘quasi bricks’ made of glass and led lights in to a screen for one of the oldest, and best, arcade games in history.
