The long-list is a compilation of every band and artist our expert six-person panel nominated across the eight award categories, from the best album and artist of the year, to the one to watch or “you should have heard this” award for releases that sailed under the radar. You’ll find big names, brand new artists and super niche bands. What you might not find is bands like Kaleo or Sigur Rós, who didn’t come up in this year’s debate… don’t @ us about that—because there are over 60 great bands to choose from. Take a look, and drop a vote on the artist you’d most like to see crowned as the people’s choice winner this year.
