Bollywood choreographer-director Farah Khan and others are currently in Iceland to shoot a romantic number.
India.com reports that Farah is doing choreography for Rohit Shetty’s upcoming movie Dilwale, and Iceland has been chosen as a location for one of the numbers in the film. Accompanying him are Indian actors Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.
The number will reportedly be filmed entirely in one take. In addition, there will not be “any major cuts and edits in the song” and that every sequence in the song will “be bigger than we have ever seen.”
Shah Rukh Khan is having a great time in Iceland so far, if his Twitter feed is anything to go by. He has seen the Northern Lights, and has learned the term “gluggaveður” (literally “window weather”, when it looks nicer outside than it actually feels). According to his tweets, the shooting location may be near the infamous Eyjafjallajökull volcano.
So heading near the volcano which erupted in 2010…Eyjafjallajökull. My Guide Gunnar taught me how to pronounce it….A YA FIAT LA YURKUTKH
