A snipe has been spotted in the town Vatnsskarðshóla í Mýrdal, with
local farmer Þorsteinn Gunnarsson saying that he can’t recall the last
time he saw one so early in the spring, RÚV reports.
A hedge sparrow and brambling were spotted in Höfn yesterday, as well, while the waxwings have returned to Húsavík.
