A so called “flasher” exposed himself to a group of kids outside Háteigsskóli elementary in Reykjavík yesterday, reports Vísir.

The children are reported to have called for a teacher the moment the man exposed himself and scared him off.

“Police were called straight away and they searched the area,” read a statement from the school.”The [children] gave a detailed description of the man and the incident. Police cars then drove around to track the man down. The police are continuing to investigate the matter.”

Exhibitionism like this is considered not only inappropriate but more importantly a serious nonconsensual sexual behaviour that can frighten the victim.
