Keflavík International Airport will begin offering internet free of charge to passengers beginning this summer.
While airports in other Nordic countries, and many airports the world over, have been offering passengers net access free of charge for some time, Iceland’s international hub has, to date, been charging 500 ISK for minimal access, travel website Túristi.is is reporting.
Now happy tourists won’t have to wait until they’re back home to post their vacation photos online and gush about what a wonderful time they had in Iceland.
