Reykjavík’s fire department is battling a fire that broke out at Skeifan in 108 Reykjavík around dinnertime this evening.

The fire reportedly started at a dry cleaning business called Fönn and has since spread to neighbouring businesses.

Residents near Skeifan are advised to keep their windows closed and to turn up their heat if there is any smoke inside. No injuries have been reported.
