Today the forecast is predicting a low temperature of 8°C and a high temperature of 21°C, being the warmest in the north, RÚV reports. It will be partly sunny, with an easterly wind at 3-8 meters per second, but a northerly wind at 5-10 meters per second further north.
This was announced by the official weather forecast of the Icelandic Meteorological Office.
The weather system will move in a southeasterly direction with winds 8-13 meters per second, and overcast skies with a little bit of rain on the southern coast this evening.
Outlook on the next couple of days: Occasional rain in the southeastern region, but little precipitation in the northeast. Temperatures between 12°C and 17°C during the day.
