This year’s Iceland Airwaves has sold out, reports RÚV. The last ticket was sold yesterday though a few Icelandair packages remain up for grabs.
The festival turns 16 this year and will be held from November 5 until November 9.
In all 220 artists will perform, 67 of which are foreign acts. As in previous years Airwaves will also include a free of charge “off-venue” schedule which will feature many of the acts in the festival line up. The off-venue line-up is expected in the coming days.
