Icelandic Film Weekend is taking place March 22nd through 24th at 18 theatres throughout the country, giving you ample opportunity to check out a great homegrown flick or two.
A total of 34 films will be exhibited throughout the weekend and for some screenings the director will be present. What’s more, all the screenings are free! That’s my favourite price.
In Reykjavík both Bío Paradís and Háskólabío will be hosting the film weekend. You should check out the Icelandic Film Centre’s website for venue details and show times.
