Tape has been around since 2000 and they’ve been making something special ever since. They make music that is somewhere between experimentalism, pop and folk. Their first album ‘Opera’ was released in 2002 by swedish label Häpna. In 2003 they did their first Japan tour and since then, there’s been a string of activities including tours in the US, Europe, China, Japan and Taiwan. They’ve toured with people like Bill Wells, David Grubbs, Tenniscoats, Ass, Efterklang and many others.
