Reykjavík Fashion & Design is looking for beauty in any of its myriad forms for a centerfold spread. Living in Iceland is literally the only requirement.

The magazine announced today that they are seeking a new model for the winter fashion spread in their next issue, which hits the stands in November. Contrary to what you might think, they are not necessarily seeking stereotypical model material.

“Boy? Girl? N/A? It doesn’t matter,” the announcement reads in part. “We’re taking absolutely everyone and anyone, regardless of age, gender, disability or any other identity. In fact, we WANT people who aren’t Kate Moss. We want to show Icelanders and are purely interested in passion. We think everyone is beautiful and want to showcase that. The only requirement is that you must live in Iceland and be ready to pose your heart out.”

Full details for how to enter the contest, which starts today, can be found at the bottom of the announcement. The deadline is October 4, so if you have even a passing interest in modelling, this may be your chance to shine.
