Dagur Kári’s film, Virgin Mountain (Icelandic: Fúsi) has been selected for a “special gala” world premiere at the Berlinale film festival.
According to information retrieved from the Icelandic film fund’s page, the film is about a man in his forties, who lives with his mother, when an encounter with a girl and a woman upset the tranquility and balance of his life.
Dagur Kári’s earlier feature films include Noi the Albino (2003), Dark Horse (2005) and The Good Heart (2009).
The film will premiere in Berlin on February 9th.
