Didn’t make it to Bræðslan? Thought you missed your chance to see Glen Hansard in Iceland? Good news! You haven’t! Upon returning to Reykjavík from the Borgafjörður-based festival, Glen Hansard will be playing an additional show on July 26 at Café Rosenberg.
For those of you who aren’t familiar with Glen, he is not only the front man of the popular Irish rock band ‘The Frames’, but he is also the winner of an Oscar award for that song ‘Falling Slowly’, which appeared in the movie ‘Once’.
So, if you’re in the mood for an evening of charming acoustic guitar inspired by the great legends Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan, head on over to Café Rosenberg where the show starts at 21:00 and tickets cost 2900 ISK. See you there!
