This year’s first Grapevine issue is finally out, on the streets and
on-line. And it is a pretty fine read, if we say so ourselves.
The paper is truly “stuffed with stuff” – it has a lot of words laying around for those into reading to delve into. But there’s more! For instance, our resident comic artists Lóa Hjálmtýsdóttir and Hugleikur Dagsson turned in an excellent spread-sized masterwork that portrays some of 2008’s more memorable events. Plus the usual concert + cd + restaurant reviews, as well as comprehensive listings of pretty much anything noteworthy that’s happening in Iceland this month.
Residents of Iceland should make sure to pick up one of the many copies our diligent distribution team is carpet-bombing downtown Reykjavík and other places you can leave piles of magazines laying around without getting arrested.
