This independent festival focuses on homey venues to bring audience and artists closer during their performances and without a set entrance fee. It has been a success at many other places around the world since its start in Australia 2007. The line-up for this weekend includes not only Icelandic artists but also from Germany, France, Australia, Chile, the UK and Austria.
Icelandic line-up: Axel Flóvent, CeaseTone, Myra Rós, Pétur Ben, Markús Bjarnason, Marteinn Sindri, Straight Mystical, Danimal + Bara Heiða, Íkorni, Ingunn Hold, FREYJA, Eggert Nielson + Ari Ingólfsson, Halla Norðfjörð, Kristinn Gunnarsson, Egill Halldórsson, One Bad Day, Hljomsveitin EVA & Margrét Arnardóttir.
Overseas line-up: OAZO (DE), White Note (FR), Johanna Amelie (DE), Bernhard Eder (AT), Trinidad Doherty (CL), Spaceships are Cool (UK), Peter Piek (DE), Dooky (AU), Mijo Biscan (AU).
The festival takes place at KEX Hostel today and tomorrow and at Café Rosenberg on Sunday.
