Postprent brings you the very best of Icelandic art from the coronavirus era in an exhibition opening at Ásmundarsalur this Saturday, May 23rd.
Back in March, Postprent issued an open call to local artists for works inspired by the pandemic, posting all submissions on their Instagram account to create a virtual exhibition. Now they are showcasing the best of the 200 works they received in an actual real-world gallery!
The diverse collection is full of witty observations about the surreal times we are living in and celebrates the work of many brilliant unestablished local artists.
So get yourself down to Ásmundarsalur or be sorry!
