Capital area police are seeking information as to the whereabouts of Anna Kristín Ólafsdóttir, who was reported missing last night, MBL.is reports.
Anna is 47-years old and is described as 170cm tall, slender with dark hair. She was last seen in the Vesturbær neighbourhood of Reykjavík at 20:00 on Thursday, April 11, wearing a suede jacket, jeans, black boots and a grey purse. The Icelandic Search & Rescue team were called out at 11:00 this morning.
Police ask that anyone with information contact them immediately at (+354) 444-1000.
Anna Kristín made the news in June 2012 when she won a case against Prime Minister Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir for violating gender equality laws after a hiring dispute at the Prime Minister’s Office, via Iceland Review.
