Prime Minister Jóhanna Sigurðardóttir said in parliament that she would have liked to have made much more progress on a comprehensive review of the new constitution, RÚV reports.
She believes it was not the will of the opposition to pass the new constitution, as they do not agree on the issues of management of natural resources or direct democracy, both of which were voted to be included in the new constitution in the national referendum held in October 2012.
