Every March, Reykjavík pays homage to the best of Icelandic design at HönnunarMars (Design March). It’s a month filled with aesthetic pleasure, inspiration, and delightful recognition of the little notes that make the small things sweeter—what else is design, really? While we at the Grapevine are total design experts, we promise, we always need a bit of help, and are therefore opening up the floor to nominations for all categories.
First off, the categories are broad. In the past everything from a boat hull to a selection of book covers has been honoured, so thinking outside of the box is encouraged. That said, here are the list of the categories:
- Fashion Design Of The Year
- Product Of The Year
- Project Of The Year
- Product Line Of The Year
