None other than Björk Guðmundsdóttir will be amongst the special guests hosting a clearance sale at Bad Taste Records today, they have announced.
The sale itself will be held from 15:00 today until 21:00 this evening at their Skólavörðustígur 16 location, but the event will mean a lot more than being able to buy discounted Bad Taste records.
Sideproject and GRÓA will be performing, along with a host of DJs, all of them legends in their own right. Ásmundur Jónsson, one of the founding minds behind The Sugarcubes, will be spinning, as well as former Sugarcubes members Bragi Ólafsson, Sigtryggur Baldursson, Einar Örn Benediktsson and none other than Björk Guðmundsdóttir herself.
This is your chance to get your hands on some great music, and witness some of the legends of Icelandic pop share their own favourite tracks while you browse, shop, or simply enjoy the good vibes.
