The conceptual vibe-dining London project ‘MNKY HSE’ is taking over the Reykjavík downtown restaurant and bar Burro/‘Pablo Discobar’ from the 6th to the 8th of February, with a Latin-American inspired menu and some beautiful drinks accompanied by some groovy tunes.

MNKY HSE is a simplification of Monkey House, a term the team creating the project found perfect to describe the transition from dining to dancing. They have opened a restaurant and bar in London and they have since been very successful in making headlines and winning prizes. The MNKY HSE team sees their project as “Bold, eclectic, mysterious and sexy, our edgy and distinctive character means there’s always more to discover”.

The high-end restaurant allows you to transition from their special and colourfull Latin-American inspired menu to an evening of fancy mocktails and cocktails by their award-winning mixologists with Latin and Asian influences, “all served with more wow and theatre than our guests can possibly desire” according to a representative from MNKY HSE. They make sure to complement the food and drinks with the perfect tunes: “mostly funky old school disco, nu-disco soul and vocal house.”

The MNKY HSE will be traveling from London to Reykjavík and taking over Pablo Discobar, from the 6th to the 8th of February, and you can book your experience here.
