The Icelandic Meteorological Office has warned of severe winds and a potential storm in Southwest Iceland today, reports Vísir.

Winds are expected at 20 metres per second in the first half of the day. Heavy rain showers are predicted also and then most likely a hail storm which will severely lower visibility. Drivers are asked to exercise caution in these conditions.
