The doors of  Austurstræti 3 will open at 17:00 on the dot for art lovers to view the work of Nikhil Kirsh. Originally from London in the U.K. Nikhil’s work on display includes his collection of paintings that were exhibited at Gallerí Fold during August. A large portion of the pieces on display have Icelandic themes. For example his painting of the Constitutional Council of Iceland or his unique interpretation of a protest of the Alþingi.

Also, for the eager beavers who get there early there will be free limited edition prints to be had. Yes yes, the first 22 guests to attend the opening will receive a limited edition print from Nikhil’s ‘Portraits of Concession’ collection from August 2009. Cashback!
