14 new domestic case of the coronavirus were detected in all over the weekend, according to the latest data from covid.is. All but three of them were in quarantine at the time of diagnosis.
On Friday, four people—all in quarantine—were diagnosed; six were diagnosed on Saturday, with one outside quarantine at the time; and yesterday, four new domestic cases were detected, with two outside quarantine.
One person is currently hospitalised with the virus. 1,337 people are currently in quarantine, with another 108 in isolation. The 14-day incidence of infection per 100,000 people is now 14.5, up from 10.9 at the end of last week, while incidence at border screening is now at 12.0, down from 13.4 at the same time.
20,734 people have so far been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus. Note that “fully vaccinated” means at least two weeks have passed since receiving both vaccinations. 24,688 vaccinations are underway. 45,422 people have received at least the first dose, while 66,156 have received both shots.
