As summer approaches and the days become brighter one can’t help but recall the times when winter depression harried. Now that Icelanders have gathered heat, Austrian video journalists, Sarah Brugner and Michael Luger of THEY SHOOT MUSIC, have decided to share their wonderful video series of Icelandic artists coping with winter’s short days.

Benedikt H. Hermannsson is an Icelandic singer/songwriter. Benni Hemm Hemm has been a prominent member of Iceland’s music scene since 2003 with his big-band indie pop. He will perform at Húrra this Thursday at 20:00.
