Ticket sales for the 11th Iceland Airwaves music festival starts today. There is a special early bird ticket price for only €50 (8900kr). The ticket admits access to all venues for all 5 days of the festival from 14-18 October. Individual tickets are available from our website, www.icelandairwaves.com or at Smekkleysa store, Laugavegi 35. If you would like to buy full package deal with Icelandair, which includes, travel, accommodation as well as tickets, you can do so here . There will be limited tickets available this year so get your tickets early as the festival has been sold out past 5 years. Please note; we do not sell tickets for individual events or dates.
In addition to the ticket sales option on our website, you can now purchase “Friends Of Airwaves” discount card, which gives you special deals and discounts at selected bars, restaurants, clothing stores and Iceland Airwaves merchandise over festival dates. The card costs only €25 (4500kr) but if you buy it in a bundle with the ticket you get both for €70 (12500kr).
And that’s not all because now you can also buy tickets to the legendary Blue lagoon “hang over party“ which takes place at the Blue Lagoon on Saturday 17 October. Tickets price for that is €33 (5900kr) and that includes admission to the Blue Lagoon and a return Bus fare. Finally, for those who want to dress to the occasion, you can also buy the Iceland Airwaves merchandise and some Icelandic music on www.icelandairwaves.com (coming soon).
