In the greater Reykjavík area, from 13:00 until 15:00, winds from 18 to 20 metres per second can be expected, with blowing snow reducing visibility.

Elsewhere in this region, from 13:00 until 16:00, the same conditions can be expected, with stronger gusts further south and east. Deteriorating road conditions can be expected at this time.

As such, caution should be exercised if traveling by road today, especially during these hours and in this area. As always, consult SafeTravel.is for the latest on road and weather conditions in Iceland.
