While waiting on a red light in Akureyri, a man driving his 2006 Skoda Octavia was startled when his car suddenly began to self-immolate.

RÚV reports that the Skoda is in bad shape and that this is actually the third car to catch fire in Akureyri in a very short period though the other two did so while parked.
