Warm temperatures and at least partially clear skies can be expected over the next several days.

RÚV reports that the Icelandic Met Office has forecast some great weather for the next few days. Light winds and sun will be predominant throughout the work week, with clouds gathering my fully by midday Thursday.

Temperatures will not be especially high, but will range from about 5° to 10° at the warmest, and nights could be very chilly.

The stretch of spring weather descends upon us just over two weeks since the arrival of a bird heralded the beginning of spring.

The news of fair weather will most likely be especially embraced by those hoping to spend this week outdoors, perhaps standing in a large mass of people, in front of the parliamentary building, for example.
