Icelandair Sues Onboard Berserker

Published August 23, 2013

Icelandair is suing the man who went berserk on the airline’s Seattle flight in July, causing the pilot to turn the plane around after only an hour’s flight. The incident was very costly for the airline and caused much inconvenience for passengers.
The man is 37 year old Bóas Ragnar Bóasson, an Icelandic real estate mogul who made the news because of his plans of expanding his business to Los Angeles, DV reports.
At the time, he was seen out and about with Hollywood stars such as Ryan Seacrest and Simon Cowell. But last year, Bóas made the news for being linked to money laundering and illegal currency trades.
