From Iceland — Caribou Will Play In Iceland After All

Caribou Will Play In Iceland After All

Published May 24, 2011

The band Caribou, who were supposed to perform at NASA last weekend, have re-scheduled for late June.
While Caribou were scheduled to play in Iceland last Sunday, the volcanic eruption at Grímsvötn stymied those plans, and the venue was forced to cancel the event.
However, it has now been announced that the band has been rescheduled to perform, at the same venue, on 28 June. If you had wanted to go to see them play, but hadn’t gotten around to buying a ticket, now’s your chance – they can be purchased at midi.is or by calling 540-7800. If you already bought a ticket, it’ll still be good for this concert. If you already bought a ticket but won’t be able to make it to the concert, you can have it fully refunded until 30 May.
Caribou were also interviewed by the Grapevine, and you can read that exchange here.
