We recommend when you wake up is to take a bath at the local swimming pools in Reykjavík. After you’ve cleaned yourself, you should venture out and get some vegan food (Both members of DÖPUR are proud vegans) and Icelandic beer. We recommend the vegan sushi at Sushibarinn/Sakebarinn or the vegan soup at Stofan. Great atmosphere and amazing food.

Okay, so now I guess you’re ready to check out some live music.

Go to Lucky Records off venue and check out these amazing bands:
14:00 – Kvöl
One of our all-time favourite bands—they’re awesome people. Please buy their merch and support the underground scene.

14:30 – Antimony
I freaking love this band. They are an absolute treat for your ears and eyes. Sexy and romantic dark wave. Please buy their merch and support the underground scene.

15:00 – DÖPUR
Yeah why not. Come and say hi!

15:30 – Börn
Could easily be the best band in Iceland right now, if not the world. Please buy their merch and support the underground scene.

16:00 – Þórir Georg
Fantastic songwriting. Perfect for your proto emo heart. Think Guided By Voices and The Microphones.
Please buy their merch and support the underground scene.

Next up is Extreme Chill showcase at Vodafone Hall
Go check out Jóhann Eiríksson. He’s one of the pioneers of industrial music in Iceland, of Reptilicus fame and more… He’s on at 18:30

There are many other amazing acts performing at the Extreme Chill showcase like Stereo Hypnosis and Ruxpin to name just a few.

Go get some dinner and more beer and check out Lord Pusswhip at Húrra at 20:50 which is an on venue show. He does cool shit!

End the night by going to Dillon at 22:30 to check out Futuregrapher performing John Carpenter’s famous movie themes. Bloody brilliant!

Perfect ending for a great weekend.
