A new marketing campaign from clothing company 66°North, which displays actual parkas inside bus stop advertising slots, is being regularly sabotaged by thieves.

On two separate occasions have parkas on display in a bus stop by Lækjargata been broken into and taken by thieves that are presumed to have been very cold indeed.

It is unclear whether the same thief stole both coats or whether this was the work of different individuals but the matter has been taken to the police who will investigate further.
