It’s been a looooooong-ass wait, but local cult favourites Japanese Super Shift And The Future Band have finally released their début LP, ‘Futatsu,’ after taking over two years to make it. While they were never Iceland’s most popular band, JSSATFB have long been revered by in-the-know Reykjavík hipsters and guitar rawk aficionados. The band’s sound is big on lush melodies peppered with analogue synths and a slackerly attitude that fails to completely betray the complexity of their songwriting. Click here to download.
