Captain Fufanu

Captain Fufanu are the youngsters Kaktus & Gulli, who have been checking out the crowd reaction in front of the stage and making tunes since 2008. They are a household name in Iceland’s club culture and are well known for their full throttle four-to-the-floor punk spirit. Unlike many other techno acts, their stage performance is all driven with synths and gears controlled without thought of a particular musical path; a true artistic-machines, need-love journey. The duo are the answer for this party generation and have already made a permanent mark on the nightlife in Reykjavík by hosting the legendary Kviksynði nights with their fellow decks partners Bypass. The band has released records and made high profile remixes and is now working on their first full length album. Watch this space, because it’s going to get sweaty.
