Fknhndsm

Fknhndsm are two icelandic DJs, Haukur Heiðar and Simon Ragnar. Spinning vinyl on regular basis at various bars in Reykjavik, their style is a crossover between something they would like to call disco punk and house music. Simon started spinning records at the age of 15 at his local youth community center. Schooled in old school house he teamed up with Haukur Heiðar and together they formed their duo in early 2007. Frequently visiting New York, they are very much influenced by NY based labels and disco, spinning everything from cosmic disco to minimal house. Simon has been hosting the Icelandic radio show “Funkþátturinn” together with the amazing Terrordisco and Don Balli Funk since 2011.
