Back in 2014, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, aka. The Mountain, broke a Guiness World Record for carrying two fridges twenty metres in 19.6 seconds, reports RÚV. The fridges and support structure weighed a hefty 450 kg. It was only last week that a video of his achievement surfaced on Youtube. Check it out below.

The feat was achieved at the Guinness World Record Italian show. He wore a singlet adorned with the Icelandic flag, and matching bracers while breaking the record. Hafþór last shook the world in February last year when he broke a 1,000 year old lifting record, carrying a 650 kg log that was ten metres long for five steps.
