CCP Games Veterans Land Investment Agreement

Some former employees of CCP Games have forged a deal with investors to keep making video games.

VentureBeat reports that Klang Games – a video games company comprised in part of former members of CCP Games, of EVE Online fame – have signed a contract with venture capital firm London Venture Partners. The proceeds from the investment will go towards making more video games.

Oddur Magnússon, who founded Klang Games in 2013, told reporters his philosophy is that video games should “appeal to the everyday gamer in an instantly accessible form.”

Right now, the group are working on a platformer called ReRunners, made specifically for smartphones and tablets. You can watch a trailer for the game below.
