With everything that’s going on today, we don’t blame you for not realising that motherfucking Mark Kozelek is coming to town, and he’s playing a show that you can go to! Don’t just take our word for why you should go, listen to what fellow fan Chris Sea thinks of him.

Ylja Album Release Concert
This alternative acoustic folk group has been turning heads as of late, and are celebrating the release of their new album. They combine vocal harmonies with soft acoustic riffs to create a soothing ambient sound, equally at home playing tenderly on your living room stereo, and on stage.

Our Track of the Issue and Post-Set Breakdown stars, the punk-poets of Kælan mikla who just released an EP, LP and cassette in short succession, are teaming up with the garage rock band Pink Street Boys who released the critically acclaimed ‘Trash From The Boys’ a few months back, as well as the elusive electronic duo Ghostigital! The Queen of Versailles
As a part of Lauren Greenfield’s ‘Girl Culture’ exhibit, her documentary ‘The Queen Of Versailles‘ is being screened at the Reykjavík Museum of Photography. The film is a “documentary that follows a billionaire couple as they begin construction on a mansion inspired by Versailles. During the next two years, their empire, fuelled by the real estate bubble and cheap money, falters due to the economic crisis.
