The goal of Gerðuberg, the Reykjavík Cultural Center, is to be informative, educational, entertaining and innovative in all fields of culture. To achieve this goal emphasis is laid on the various art forms and on meeting the needs of many diverse groups. At the cultural community center people of all ages and from all areas of the city meet to take part in various activities.
