, the day aims to recognize “the relevance of happiness and well-being as universal goals and aspirations in the lives of human beings around the world and the importance of their recognition in public policy objectives.”
So, are you making a concerted effort to be extra happy today? I, for one, am grinning like a raving lunatic whilst typing this little article because I heard once that smiles are contagious. So, I’m both acting happy and virally spreading happiness on the first ever International Day of Happiness.
