Ásmundarsafn (Reykjavík Art Museum)

Dedicated to the memory of Icelandic sculpture Ásmundur Sveinsson, this
museum is situated in a house he designed and built in the 1950’s.
Anually the museum puts up exhitibions meaning to shed light on the
diffrent angles of his creations. Before his death, Ásmundur gave all
his work to the city, which established this museum in 1983 in his
memory.
