From Iceland — Prince Harry Pleased With Iceland

Prince Harry Pleased With Iceland

Published August 20, 2013

The visiting royal reportedly had a great time in Iceland, and was especially pleased that the media did not cover his visit particularly closely.
Vísir reports that Prince Harry and an entourage were only in Iceland for a few days, mostly fishing and playing rugby by Langá River.
According to sources close to Vísir, Harry was pleased that he was not hounded by the press, apparently blithely unaware that Icelanders in general don’t really care about the British royal family.
This was not Harry’s first visit to Iceland. He came here last summer, with actor Dominic West, to train for a trip in Antarctica.
Vísir’s sources also contend that Prince Harry has considered returning to Iceland for another visit. Should he return, the Grapevine encourages all Icelandic media outlets to abide His Majesty’s Royal Highness’ desire to be ignored.
(Special thanks to the vigilant reader who pointed out the correct title to give the hereditary rich person. Pip pip!)
