Cat Falls Six Storeys, Lives To Tell The Tale

Published March 11, 2013

Life on the inside was proving too much to bear for one local cat, who risked almost certain bodily harm or even death for a chance to feel the cool March air ruffle his black and white fur. Snati the cat thus leapt six storeys from the open window of his keepers apartment, breaking two legs upon landing on the concrete below, RÚV reports.
Una Stefánsdóttir, Snati’s owner, said that the veterinarian was shocked that the feline had survived and didn’t experiencing any internal bleeding or other trauma.
Snati will have ample time to think of what he’s done and to plot his next move. His casts should be removed just as April ushers in even more alluring weather.
Some are saying that Snati fell from the window. Only Snati knows the truth.
